Make your bed
Making your bed gives you a certain pride in yourself and this success encourages you to complete more and more tasks. In the meantime, your day can transform into a catastrophe full of disasters, but the last thing you will experience that day is your return to something that you succeeded in.
Meditate
Start your day by concentrating when nothing important is happening (sit on the couch for 10 minutes and mediate), so that later on, when something important is happening (a meeting, work, talking to a loved one…), you are able to concentrate better. For much of the day, many of us feel like they are in the trenches on the front line, with bullets whistling past their ears. Meditation helps us transform ourselves into a general observing the battlefield from a distant hill.
Move
Take every opportunity to walk, and run up the stairs wherever possible. Run, cycle and visit the gym. Devote at least half an hour a day to exercising actively. This will improve your mood and make your life healthier.
